RECIPE:
- In a Pan, sauté 1/2 cup squeezed bottle gourd (ghia/lauki), in 1tsp ghee.
- To this, add 1/2 cup milk, and stir this on a medium flame, until the milk reduces.
- Add 1 tsp jaggery.
- Garnish this with almonds, cardamom and pistachio to serve hot.
