    In a bowl, take about 1 cup roasted Makhana
    add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato
    Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
    1/2 tsp black salt and
    1/2 tsp chaat masala
    Squeeze a lemon on the top and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
