Soya Manchurian: A Nutritious and Delicious Delight

Soya Manchurian, a popular Indo-Chinese dish, has become a staple in many households. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also packed with essential nutrients. Let’s delve into the benefits of this flavorful dish.

Also known as Vegan Protein, Soyabean is known for it’s protein content and hence, we present to you, our healthy take on the very tasty

Soy Manchurian.

For Marination

– In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of boiled and cooled soyabean chunks and add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp rice flour and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder. Set aside for 15 mins.

For Manchurian

– Heat a non stick pan with a tbsp of oil and roast the soya chunks till golden brown. Set it aside.
– In the heated pan, sauté 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 dried red chilly whole and 1-2 tbsp each of onion and spring onions.
– In the same pan, add 1/2 cup of capsicum and bell peppers. Sauté. Add 1 tbsp each Soy sauce and chilli sauce.
– Garnish with a squeezed lemon and 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds.
