Webinar for Medhaam School Parents : Rainbow Diet for Kids
A rainbow diet is a way of eating that encourages you to eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. This is because different colored fruits and vegetables contain different nutrients. By eating a variety of colors, you can make sure that you are getting all the nutrients your body needs.
Rainbow diets are a great way to teach kids about healthy eating. They are also a fun and easy way to get kids to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Here are some tips for creating a rainbow diet for your kids:
- Start with the basics. Make sure your kids are getting plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.
- Add some color. Encourage your kids to eat a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables.
- Make it fun. Get your kids involved in planning and preparing meals. Let them help you choose recipes, shop for ingredients, and cook.
- Be patient. It may take some time for your kids to get used to eating a variety of colorful foods. Don’t give up!
