Chicken Soup




In a cooker, take 100 grams boneless chicken and whistle till tender, store the stock (leftover water) in another bowl.


To this, add 1-2 egg whites (optional).


Combine egg whites and chicken with the stock.

Add salt and pepper as per taste.


Warm, tender and full of protein, chicken soup is ready.
