Cauliflower Rice

  1. Take about 1 cup broccoli florets.

  2. Grate it and cover, heating them in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

  3. In a separate pan, add 1-2 cloves of garlic and 1 cup each of your favorite veggies (suggestion: carrots, beans and peas) and sauté.

  4. Top this with steamed cauliflower florets.


Low carb, super tasty and healthy, the "Snacking Rice" is ready to be served.
