– In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of overnight soaked and boiled Kidney Beans (Rajma) and 1 cup of vegetables ( cucumber, corns, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers) cut into cubes and spring onions.
– Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
– Drizzle with home made dressing of honey, olive oil, lemon and balsamic vinegar.
