2. To the batter, add:
⁃1 tsp Sugar
⁃1/2 tsp Turmeric
⁃1/2-1 tbsp Eno
⁃1 tbsp Oil
⁃Salt to taste
3. Transfer the batter onto the steamer plate, making it even from the surface. Let it steam.
4. Garnish with a tempering of Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Green Chillies and 1/4 tsp Sugar
