For the thandai premix, Take
– 1/2 tbsp Soaked khus khus
– 1 tbsp Desi Khand
– 1/2 tbsp Melon Seeds
– 4-5 Black Peppercorn
– 4-5 Elaichi
– 10-15 Almonds
– 10-15 Pistachios
– 10-15 Cashews
– 1 tbsp Saunf
– 1/2 tbsp Kesar Strands and water
– 1- 1.5 Milk of choice
