- In a bowl combine 1 minced clove of garlic, 2-3 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tsp Dried Basil, juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
- Marinate 200g fish in a shallow tray and refrigerate for an hour, turning sides.
- Grill the fish in a pan, 5 minutes each side or until flaked easily with a fork.
