RECIPE:

Ingredients

– 1 Cup Curd

– Rajgiri (Amaranth) Flour – 3 TSP

– Rock Salt – As per taste

– Cumin Seeds – 1/2 TSP

– 1/2 Cup Water

– 1 TSP Ghee

– 1-2 Chopped Chilies

– Coriander Leaves

How to Cook

Step 1 : Take 1 cup curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it till smooth

Step 2 : Add 3 TSP of amaranth flour and mix very well.

Step 3 : Add water to this mixutre

Step 4 : In a pan heat ghee, add cumin seeds, add the curd mixture.

Step 5 : Add Kadhi patta and chillies

Step 6 : Stir well allow the kadhi to simmer, the kadhi will thicken

Step 7 : Serve with Samak Rice
