Recipe

Take 100g tofu, chopped into cubes and 6-7 spears of asparagus

Tofu Marination
Marinate tofu in rice flour slurry (mix 1-2 tsp rice flour in water) adding a pinch of salt and black pepper
Sauté the tofu cubes on a pan, using some oil till they turn golden brown

– For the recipe
– In a pan take some finely chopped garlic, onion, green chilly
– To this, add some red chilli flakes

For the sauce
– Take 1 tbsp each of honey, dark soya sauce, extra virgin olive oil along with some red chilly flakes and mixed herbs
– Next, mix 1-2 tbsp white sesame seeds alongwith 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce and 1 tbsp honey
– To this add some salt, red chilly flakes
– Add the asparagus smears to the pan and let it cook, with the lid covered, till it softens
– Once it’s done, add marinated tofu alongwith the sauce
– Top this off with some chopped spring onions
