Recipe

Soak Sago (sabudana) in water for 4-5 hours.
As it gets soft and is puffed up it is ready for use.
– Drain all the water and let sago dry other wise it will stick and become lumpy.
– To this add potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies and sauté for about 5-8 minutes till the potatoes become soft.
– After 5-8 minutes, add sabudana, salt and chopped coriander. Mix everything well.
– Switch off the flame and add lemon juice, pomegranate kernels and toss up carefully.
– Serve Sago Khichdi on its own or with any raita of your choice.
