Recipe: 

Milk Dalia

In a sauce pan, add 1/4 cup raw Dalia and roast for 4-5 mins till it turns brown and aromatic.

To this, add some water, let the Dalia boil and cool it down for 10-15 mins or till Dalia becomes tender and absorbs water.

Add 1 cup of milk and, 1-2 crushed cardamoms and cook it uncovered till it reaches the desired consistency.

Add some jaggery powder and top it with some chopped nuts and turn off the stove.
Serve hot.
