RECIPE:

  1. Soak a 1/2 Tsp of Kalonji seeds in a glass of water overnight.
  2. In the morning, boil for 5-7 minutes, strain the water, add few drops of lemon juice.
  3. Drink it on an empty stomach, early morning.
