    RECIPE:

    Ingredients

    – 1 cup Amaranth flour

    – 1/2 cup grated beetroot

    – Rock Salt to taste

    – Ghee 1 tsp

     

    How to Cook

    Step 1: In a bowl mix beetroot, amaranth and salt together

    Step 2: Make a firm dough by adding very little water (1-2 tsp)

    Step 3: Divide the dough into small rolls

    Step 4: Dust the rolling board with flour and roll each portion into roti

    Step 5: Gently place the roti on tawa

    Step 6: Dizzle a few drops of ghee and flip on other side

    Step 7: Roast on each side to desired crispness
